We cleaners from Autonomía have broken the silence and offer an insight into the reality of work in our industry in revealing video portraits: often too much stress, wages that are fundamentally too low, often a lack of social benefits and, for many, a constant struggle to reconcile work and family life. Our cooperative shows that things can be done differently. Nevertheless, it is a matter of course for us to be on the streets today!
