Regular cleaning
We offer regular maintenance cleaning in the canton of Zurich for CHF 43 per hour (CHF 46.50 including VAT).
Maintenance cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming and damp-cleaning the floors as well as cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms.
One-off cleaning
We offer one-off cleaning in the canton of Zurich for 50 francs per hour (54.04 including VAT).
It is a thorough cleaning of the household and / or only the windows. Please note that it is not a final cleaning (when moving). For one-off cleaning appointments, please complete this form:
Cleaning companies
We also clean offices, surgeries, studios, schools and other commercial properties in the canton of Zurich.
An hour's cleaning costs 50.-(54.04 with VAT). This price includes the organization of appointments and communication via the back office.

Our model for households
Cleaning from two and a half hours
We offer our service for a minimum duration of two and a half hours. Unfortunately, we cannot accept shorter assignments as this is not profitable due to the journey to and from the location. Important: The final price is calculated on the basis of the actual duration of the job.
Prices, payment, notice period
The price includes transportation and insurance for the cleaners. You will receive the invoice by e-mail at the beginning of the following month. For regular maintenance cleaning, a one-month notice period applies. Cooperation with our customers is based on our General Terms and Conditions. The order starts from the first appointment after the trial cleaning and takes place on the same day and time.
A responsible cleaner for you/you
The same cleaner comes to you each time and gets to know your needs. In the event of illness or vacation, the job will be carried out by a substitute if you so wish and the staff's capacities allow. Please notify the back office of your request for a replacement by e-mail.
Cleaning products
For maintenance cleaning, the customer provides the products and utensils for cleaning. For window cleaning, the products and utensils can be ordered from us for an additional charge of CHF 5 per hour.

Maintenance cleaning refers to regular cleaning that removes adhering, light dirt. Specifically, this includes the following activities:
Kitchen and bathrooms
- Remove dust and cobwebs
- Wipe down and disinfect sinks and washbasins, work surfaces and all fittings
- Wiping and disinfecting the outside of cabinets and mirrors
- Scrub bathtub/shower, including tiles and doors
- Cleaning the toilet bowl and the entire toilet area
- Remove grease and deposits from the hob and wipe down the outside of the oven
- Cleaning the outside of the appliances
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
- Empty the garbage can
Living area and bedroom
- Remove cobwebs (up to 1.80 m)
- Dust furniture, window sills, tables, skirting boards and other surfaces and wipe with a damp cloth if necessary
- Dust off lampshades and picture frames
- Cleaning mirrors
- Remove traces on windows and doors (not complete cleaning)
- Vacuum the floor
- Damp pick up on hard floor coverings such as linoleum, wooden floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Empty waste garbage can

This is not a problem, as the final price is calculated on the basis of the actual duration of the assignment.
We do our best to complete the cleaning of your household in the time you specify. At the same time, it is important to us that the cleaning is of a high quality. And as you know, this takes time, especially if it's your first professional cleaning or it's been a while. If the cleaning requires more time than booked, the cleaner responsible for you will communicate this during the trial assignment.

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service you received or have another concern, notify AUTONOMÍA by email within 48 hours of the start of your appointment. We will review your complaint to determine if the cleaning was performed to our standards and to address any other concerns.
As part of our mission to guarantee fair wages and working conditions for cleaners, we do not provide refunds for work carried out in accordance with our guidelines. If this was not the case, we will of course accommodate you.

We understand that there may be unexpected changes to your schedule. If it is a first appointment, please inform us by email or call us (contact details below). For all other appointments, please communicate directly with the cleaner in charge.
Cancellation free of charge
Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Cancellation at short notice
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, a fee of 50% of the price will be charged.
Last Minute Cancellation
Applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. In this case you will be charged 75% of the booked service.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before the appointment, 100% of the price will be charged.
The price is also due if the cleaner is unable to enter your room within 20 minutes of the time you have specified.
