Overcoming obstacles

How was your year 2023?

The past year has been a time of extensive learning for me, both personally and professionally. Our biggest challenge was to convey to our colleagues that this is a cooperative and that we have to work as a team.

What about the cooperative?

Thanks to further training in the area of cleaning, we were able to improve the quality of our services. We were also able to increase turnover by creating more jobs. However, our financial situation is still tight. There is an urgent need to create reserves to ensure the cooperative's survival in the event of a crisis.

Where can we improve?

I believe that we can improve through better organization. The selection and integration of new cleaners is of central importance for the cooperative. All employees should show more commitment and responsibility, otherwise the cooperative will not work. I also think the integration of different cultural backgrounds is important.

Is further growth planned?

I hope that we can achieve stability in the future and maintain our current growth. Our aim is to increase safety and well-being in the workplace.
