We are cleaners from all over the world who have come together in Zurich to form a cooperative. To be more precise, we are a platform cooperative. It's a cooperative with its own online platform. The special thing about it is that we own Autonomía together. We are self-determined and run the cooperative together.

FAIR WORK THROUGH SELF-DETERMINATION

We clean private households and commercial properties in the canton of Zurich on good terms. We have set our own working conditions. Every additional cleaner who joins us benefits from a decent income, good social security and can have a say in the cooperative.

Thanks to a good wage and good social security, we can not only improve the quality of life of our customers with Autonomía, but also guarantee ourselves and other cleaners a life in dignity.

We pursue the vision of giving cleaning the value that this work deserves. We combine our strengths and expertise to make this vision a reality.
